All sales are final.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. This ensures every kit we ship is sealed, safe, and uncompromised.

Refunds and replacements

We will issue a refund or replacement if:

– Your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items
– You receive the incorrect product
– Your order is confirmed lost in transit

To request support, email INFO@KITSTANDARDCO.COM within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if applicable.

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Replacement orders typically ship within 3 business days.

Shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our end. We do not accept physical returns of used or opened products.
